We currently have 3 Ensuite Air conditioned Rooms and 1 Studio at MANTRA. 
The LOTUS and the ORANGE Rooms are on the GROUND FLOOR, the ALCHEMY room is on the 1st Floor and so is the AMBER Studio.

We provide daily room cleaning service. 
Linen/towel change every three days included in cleaning service.
Pets and smoking inside the rooms are not allowed.

We provide in-house personal laundry service at an extra cost.

The LOTUS ROOM at MANTRA is on the GROUND FLOOR is air conditioned and has an en suite bathroom and a deck overlooking the garden and the pool. The common kitchen on the ground floor can be used by the guests. It has a large double bed. The photographs show a TV in the room but that has now been removed as most guests now prefer to use the Wifi...and we like a quieter environment as well. 

The Citrus room is adjacent to the Lotus room on the Ground floor and the two rooms share a common deck overlooking  the garden and pool. It is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom. It has twin beds which can be joined to form a double. You can use the common kitchen on the ground floor to cook for yourself.

The Amber Studio is on the first floor and has a balcony which looks down at the pool and the garden. It is air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and a kitchenette. It has a large double bed. This two room studio is not always available as it often has long stay guests.

Tariff includes breakfast.
Pool usage is limited to 1 hr per person or per couple because it is a LAP POOL (23m) long meant for swimming exercises and not more than 2 people can swim laps at a time. Please book your pool timing when you check-in.
These rates are for stays upto 10 days. For longer term stays for 11 days or more, please ask for special rates.
On some Special Holiday weekends the Peak Season rates will apply.

Terms and Policies

If you wish to make a booking, the first step is to write to us for available vacancies along with your request form.
Once we confirm the availability, you will have to pay 50% ADVANCE for OFF-PEAK and HIGH Season and 100% advance for PEAK season
There are certain busy pockets in between the "off-peak" season and we reserve the right to ask for 100% advance during these periods.
Balance will be payable one day before Check-in

How to pay:
Current payment options are:
For international guests -Online credit/debit card payment through a secure server. Once you confirm, we will send you an E-invoice, or through AIRBNB (see links below)
For Indian guests or payments made in India: by NEFT transfer if you have an Indian bank account or through AIRBNB.
Please note that all as per Government security regulations, we are required to collect Guest information in given format along with ID proof (passport & visa for foreigners, driving licence/PAN card/Voter card for Indians) prior to check-in.
Guests are requested to pay in full prior to or at the time of check-in.
Refunds due to any break-down or absence of service is discretionary and based on merits.
We reserve the right of admission.
ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, PLEASE LET US KNOW THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL as we do not have a 24hr reception desk and someone will have to receive you if you arrive after 10pm or before 7am.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY/REFUND POLICY
All bookings that have been made on credit card which are subsequently cancelled, will forfeit 4% transaction fee charge irrespective of the notification period mentioned below.
1) Cancelations during PEAK SEASON will be on following criteria.
* Cancelled 60 days before check-in: Full refund
* cancelled 60-30 days before check-in: 75% REFUND
* cancelled between 30 days to date of check-in: NO REFUND
* early check out -no refund
2) Cancellation for bookings OFF PEAK and HIGH SEASON:
* cancellation one month before check-in: full refund
* cancellation between 30 days to date of check-in:
25% advance will not be refunded.
* early check out -no refund
Please note that once TAX INVOICE is issued, the TAX amount will not be refunded as the same is submitted to the Govt within a certain period.
Any review/reconsideration of above cancellation/refund terms will de at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and occupancy level during booking period.
Privacy Policy
Gratitude uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time: 12 noon
Check-out time: 11 am
Late check out: Until 2.30pm we can allow late check out if the room is available as on that date. After 2.30pm, full charge will be applicable. We can keep luggage in store and allow use of shower if someone is leaving later at night. Such guests must depart by 11pm when the Main door is generally shut for the night.
Early check-out: Please inform the Caretaker of the time you plan to depart so that someone can see you off.
Early check-in: Guests arriving early can keep their luggage any time after 7.30am and go out for breakfast and come back to check in at 11am. If the specified room is available, Guest can occupy the same at an extra cost of 50% of the room rate..
Late check-in: If you are expected to arrive after 7.30pm, please let us know by email of your expected time of arrival so that Caretaker is informed.
If you arrive before 7.30am or plan to leave after 9pm, we suggest you book the room from the day before or until the day after.
