Three of the private rooms and both Studios are air-conditioned and each room has its own bathroom.
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house.
Free Wifi (but speed can get limited if monthly download limit is over)
Breakfast is NOT included in the room rates. There is a fully eqipped kitchen on the ground floor which guests staying in the Ground and Lower Ground floor rooms can use. The two studio suites (Amber and Blue) on the first floor have fully equipped kitchenettes and independant entries.

We provide daily room cleaning service. 
Linen/towel change every three days included in cleaning service.
Pets are not allowed.

Swimming pool usage charges are extra: Rs.200/- per hour or Rs.3000/- per month.

We provide in-house personal laundry service at an extra cost.

Terms & Policies

If you wish to make a booking, the first step is to write to us for available vacancies along with your request form.
Once we confirm the availability, you will have to pay 25% ADVANCE for 
OFF-PEAK season (1st April to 11th December.)
and 100% advance for HOLIDAY season (12th December to 31st March)
There are certain busy pockets in between the "off-peak" season and we reserve the right to ask for 100% advance during these periods.
Balance will be payable at the time of check in.

How to pay:
Current payment options are:
For international guests -Online credit/debit card payment through a secure server. Once you confirm, we will send you an E-invoice.
For Indian guests or payments made in India: By depositing cashin our account at any HDFC Bank branch OR by NEFT transfer if you have an Indian bank account OR by paying online through our own payment gateway.
(4.5% of the advance amount will be deducted by bank as charges for online payment)

The room rates are inclusive of 9% service tax. Rate has been revised by the Government from 8.7% to 9% wef 1st June 2016. Any payments received in advance for bookings post this date, we will collect the balance at the time of check-in.

Please note that all as per Government security regulations, we are required to collect Guest information in given format along with ID proof (passport & visa for foreigners, driving licence/PAN card/Voter card for Indians)
prior to check-in.
Guests are requested to pay in full prior to or at the time of check-in because we do not have a 24 hr desk to take payment at the time of check-out.
Refunds due to any break-down or absence of service is discretionary
and based on merits.
We reserve the right of admission.
ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, PLEASE LET US KNOW THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL as we do not have a 24hr reception desk and someone will have to receive you if you arrive after 10pm or before 7am.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY/REFUND POLICY
All bookings that have been made on credit card which are subsequently cancelled, will forfeit 4% transaction fee charge
irrespective of the notification period mentioned below.

1) Cancelations during HOLIDAY season Dec 12th to March 31st will be on following criteria.
* Cancelled 60 days before check-in: Full refund
* cancelled 60-30 days before check-in: 75% REFUND
* cancelled between 30 days to date of check-in: NO REFUND
* early check out -no refund

2) Cancellation for bookings from 1st April to 11th December:
* cancellation one month before check-in: full refund
* cancellation between 30 days to date of check-in:
25% advance will not be refunded.
* early check out -no refund
Please note that SERVICE TAX amounts will NOT be refunded
under any circumstance as the same is submitted to the Govt..
Any review/reconsideration of above cancellation/refund terms will de at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and
occupancy level during booking period.

Privacy Policy
Gratitude uses high ethical standards and respects your privacy. Save for disclosures required by law in any relevant jurisdiction and the disclosure of your name, email address and your credit card details for completing your booking we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent. Please read our Privacy policy for more details.

EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in time: 12 noon
Check-out time: 11 am

Late check out: Until 2.30pm we can allow late check out if the room is available as on that date. After 2.30pm, full charge will be applicable. We can keep luggage in store and allow use of shower if someone is leaving later at night. Such guests must depart by 11pm when the Main door is generally shut for the night.
Early check-out: Please inform the House Manager in residence of the time you plan to depart so that someone can see you off.

Early check-in: Guests arriving early can keep their luggage at Gratitude any time after 7.30am and go out for breakfast and come back to check in at 11am. If the specified room is available, Guest can occupy the same at an extra cost of 50% of the room rate and join for breakfast.
Late check-in: If you are expected to arrive after 7.30pm, please let us know by email of your expected time of arrival so that Night Guard is informed.
If you arrive before 7.30am or plan to leave after 9pm, we suggest you book the room from the day before or until the day after.
