    The above rates include breakfast.

    Basic Wi-fi internet connection is available free for guests...available in common areas/lounges.

    Laundry is charged nominally per item.

    1 hour in-house relaxing full body Massage and Yoga classes are available on extra payment.


    We do not have any provision for fitting in extra beds as all the rooms are equipped with old furniture which cannot be moved around.

    For stays longer than 10 days, the rates will be proportionately reduced depending upon length of stay.

    For guests who stay longer than 10 days, in-house meals at nominal rates are available on request. We do not have a restaurant.


  • BOOKING PROCEDURE

    If you wish to make a booking, the first step is to

    go through the House Guidelines and then write to us for available vacancies along with your request form. after going through the ROOM DETAILS.


    Once we confirm the availability and send you an invoice, you will have to pay 25% ADVANCE for OFF-PEAK season
    (1st April to 30th November.)
    and 100% advance for HOLIDAY season
    (1st December to 31st March)

    There are certain busy pockets in between the "off-peak" season and we reserve the right to ask for 100% advance during these periods.
    Balance will be payable at the time of check in.

    How to pay:
    Current payment options are:
    For international guests -Online credit/debit card payment through a secure server. Once you confirm, we will send you an E-invoice.
    For Indian guests or payments made in India: By depositing cash in our account at any HDFC Bank branch OR by NEFT transfer if you have an Indian bank account OR by paying online through our own payment gateway.
    (6% of the advance amount will be deducted by bank as charges for online payment)

    Please note that all as per Government security regulations, we are required to collect Guest information in given format along with ID proof (passport & visa for foreigners, driving licence/PAN card/Voter card for Indians) prior to check-in.
    Guests are requested to pay in full prior to or at the time of check-in because we do not have a 24 hr desk to take payment at the time of check-out.
    Refunds due to any break-down or absence of service is discretionary and based on merits.
    We reserve the right of admission.

    ONCE YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, PLEASE LET US KNOW THE EXPECTED TIME OF ARRIVAL as we do not have a 24hr reception desk and someone will have to receive you if you arrive after 10pm or before 7am. 

  • EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
    Check-in time: 12 noon
    Check-out time: 11 am
    Late check out: Until 2.30pm we can allow late check out if the room is available as on that date. After 2.30pm, full charge will be applicable. We can keep luggage in store and allow use of shower if someone is leaving later at night. Such guests must depart by 11pm when the Main door is generally shut for the night.
    Early check-out: Please inform the House Manager in residence of the time you plan to depart so that someone can see you off.
    Early check-in: Guests arriving early can keep their luggage at Gratitude any time after 7.30am and go out for breakfast and come back to check in at 11am. If the specified room is available, Guest can occupy the same at an extra cost of 50% of the room rate and join for breakfast.
    Late check-in: If you are expected to arrive after 7.30pm, please let us know by email of your expected time of arrival so that Night Guard is informed.
    If you arrive before 7.30am or plan to leave after 9pm, we suggest you book the room from the day before or until the day after.

    CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY/REFUND POLICY
    All bookings that have been made on credit card which are subsequently cancelled, will forfeit 6% transaction fee charge and the 8.7% service tax.
    irrespective of the notification period mentioned below.
    1) Cancelations during HOLIDAY season 1st Dec to 31st March & 1st July to 31st August will be on following criteria.
    * Cancelled 60 days before check-in: Full refund
    * cancelled 60-30 days before check-in: 75% REFUND
    * cancelled between 30 days to date of check-in: NO REFUND
    * early check out -no refund
    2) Cancellation for bookings from 1st April to 30th June and 1st September to 30th November
      * cancellation 1 month before check-in; full refund
      * cancellation between 30 days to date of check-in: 25% advance will not be refunded.
      * early check out -no refund
    Any review/reconsideration of above cancellation/refund terms will de at the discretion of the management based on specific situations and occupancy level during booking period.
